I couldn't resist...I absolutely love it!!!

Normally I'm not a huge fan of hotels...I don't like the dim, long hallways with endless rows of doors...same 'ole, same 'ole rooms...and so-so bathrooms. I love to travel, but don't always love the hotel experience. So today, on our snow day, I was browsing some blogs and I came across this fabulous hotel called, Crosby Street Hotel in NYC.



First of all, I love black and white! I love the headboard, the chair that you can see peeking out in the right hand corner, the black accent wall, the contrast that black and white create. Not sure if I wold be bold enough to pull this off though.



LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, the wall of windows!!!! Love the coffe table, and the prints above the table by the fireplace.

It's all in my head...

Just some thoughts running through my head on this cold Sunday evening...thoughts that originated this morning at church put there by our pastor. Why are we so on fire about telling the world what we are excited about, such as new books, music, stores, restaurants, etc. Yet fail to share the most exciting news of all??? I am soooo guilty of this! I can't remember how many times I have shared a fabulous new book, or good recipe, or even just a good idea, but with how many people have I shared the best news of all? I am feeling so very convicted.
